When our Root energy center is blocked, it’s because we are carrying unconscious fear, survival stress, or ancestral patterns that prevent us from feeling safe in our body, and this makes it difficult to create, birth, and manifest in our physical reality.
The Root is the gateway to grounding, safety, and connection to Mother Earth.
The whole energy system is affected when the Root center is out of balance. This makes Root work crucial in creating a state of health and wellbeing and in providing a secure base from which the rest of the energy centers can open and thrive.
EARTHED is a ceremonial clearing and activation of the Root center. A space to gently unwind stored fear and survival patterns, restore the body’s memory of safety, and reestablish your connection to your body and Mother Earth as a source of support, abundance, love, and nourishment.
The EARTHED Journey:
During EARTHED we will move through a guided ceremonial process that clears, restores, and activates the Root center across the multiple layers of the body, psyche, and energy field.
Understanding the Root Center
We will explore the Root chakra and how survival stress, trauma, and ancestral patterns become stored in the body. This awareness allows us to meet the Root with compassion and open pathways for clearing, grounding, and activation.
Ancestral Root Clearing
We will gently clear inherited survival patterns and energetic imprints stored in the Root, honoring what kept your lineage alive while reclaiming the gifts beneath the fear.
Shamanic Flame Root Clearing
Through guided visualization and energetic work, we will release stagnation, subconscious fear, and residue lodged in the Root. This is a purification of old survival energy so the body no longer has to carry what is finished.
Root Activation
We will imprint safety, belonging, and grounded confidence into the nervous system, restoring the body’s memory of support so you feel safe to take up space in the world and manifest your desires into physical form.
Feminine Root Embodiment
Through a somatic and embodiment practice, we will anchor into the feet, legs, and hips, reconnecting with the earth and establishing a sense of safety and belonging.
Mother Earth Communion
We will receive a healing from Mother Earth, the first mother, allowing her steadiness, nourishment, and unconditional love to integrate the work into your bones and tissues.

My work is not about fixing.
It’s about remembering.
After more than a decade walking the path of divine feminine awakening, embodiment, shadow work, energy healing, and sacred initiation, I’ve learned that true liberation doesn’t come from doing more, controlling, or perfecting. It comes through remembering who you truly are beneath the conditioning, the fear, the self-doubt, and the places you have learned to silence your power.
It was through my own descent and rebirth that I reclaimed my wild feminine essence. Now, with deep integrity, devotion, and lived experience, I guide women back to their truth, helping them remember their innate wisdom, awaken their gifts, and live in full energetic alignment.
In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, I experienced a traumatic event and, shortly after, faced chronic pain, panic attacks, anxiety, and insomnia for the first time in my life. After months of medical tests with no answers, I realized that what was happening was psychosomatic, the body speaking what words could not.
One night, in complete surrender, I fell to my knees and prayed for a miracle. In that moment, something awakened. Light language began to flow through me, and my hands moved intuitively over my body as if guided by an ancient remembrance. Though I didn’t understand it fully at the time, I trusted it completely. That night, my intuitive and healing gifts came online.
What began as a prayer for my own healing has become a sacred devotion. Since then, I have deepened these gifts through plant medicine ceremonies, sound healing activations, shamanic training, and initiations into the Rose Priestess Lineage. I now bridge energy and soul medicine with somatic work, embodiment and coaching, weaving science and soul, body and the mystical, psychology and ancient feminine wisdom.

Held in a collective ceremonial space, this experience weaves energetic clearing, ritual, somatic and embodiment work, and Light Language transmission to release fear, anxiety, survival tension, and ancestral patterns stored in the Root.
Together, we restore the body’s natural sense of safety and belonging and activate a stable foundation so you can reclaim your body as a sacred temple, feel the unconditional love and resources of Mother Earth, and create, birth, and manifest in physical reality.

No experience is required. Earthed - Root Chakra Clearing & Activation is guided gently and accessibly. You are invited to simply arrive as you are and receive. Everything unfolds at a pace that supports safety and integration.

Please plan to join from a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted. You may want a journal, water, and something comfortable to sit or lie on. You are welcome to create your own ritual atmosphere with candles or objects if that feels supportive, but it is not required.

You do not need clarity beforehand. The ceremony is designed to support your nervous system in revealing what is ready to complete. Trust that your body and soul know.
