My work is not about fixing.
It’s about remembering.

After more than a decade walking the path of divine feminine awakening, embodiment, shadow work, energy healing, and sacred initiation, I’ve learned that true liberation doesn’t come from doing more, controlling, or perfecting. It comes through remembering.

For over the 7 years, I’ve guided individuals and groups through profound emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing. My approach is both grounded and intuitive, combining trauma-informed nervous system work with deep soul remembrance.

What makes my facilitation unique is the way I weave together multiple modalities into one cohesive, embodied experience. Each session is attuned to the energy of the space and the people present, allowing for organic transformation rather than a one-size-fits-all format.

My Approach

My work is rooted in the understanding that true healing happens through the body. Rather than only talking about transformation, I create experiences where people feel it.

Through movement, breath, and sound, participants are guided to:

Offerings

Private Group Sound Healing Experience

A deeply restorative journey that supports relaxation, stress relief, and energetic renewal.

This session begins with gentle breath, sound, and simple body-based practices to help everyone arrive, release tension, and reconnect to their bodies. From there, participants are guided into a full immersive sound healing experience.

This experience includes:

• 15 to 20 minutes of breath, sound, and gentle movement
• Guided practices to help participants arrive in the body and release stress
• A one-hour immersive sound healing session using crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments
• Time for rest, integration, and deep relaxation

This offering is perfect for:
Birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, wellness gatherings, and private celebrations.

Investment: Up to 15 participants: $200

Feminine Embodiment Ceremony & Sound Healing Experience

A heart-opening, soulful journey designed to awaken feminine energy, connection, and embodied presence.

This offering begins with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and create a sacred container. Participants are then guided through intuitive feminine movement, allowing for emotional expression, confidence, and connection to the body. The experience concludes with a deeply nourishing sound healing to integrate and restore.

This experience includes:

• Opening cacao ceremony to support heart connection
• 45 minutes of guided feminine embodiment and intuitive movement
• Practices to release stress, awaken vitality, and cultivate confidence
• A one-hour immersive sound healing session
• Space for relaxation, integration, and grounding
