Yes, completely. It is very natural to feel some nerves or uncertainty before your first session, especially if this kind of work is new to you. You are entering sacred territory within yourself, and that can feel both exciting and vulnerable.

You do not need to know what to expect or how to “do it right.” Your only job is to show up with openness and curiosity. I create a safe, compassionate space where you are fully held and supported throughout the entire experience. Every session unfolds gently, at the pace your body and soul are ready for. Most people quickly feel a sense of deep peace and trust as the energy begins to move.

Your session time is sacred and held especially for you. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow space for another client to book.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable. If an emergency arises, please reach out, and we’ll find the most supportive way to accommodate you.

All sales are final, as energetic preparation and space-holding begin before our scheduled time together.
