What is a Small Group Sacred Alchemy Session?

A Small Group Sacred Alchemy Session is a 2-hour multidimensional experience designed for rapid healing and transformation within an intimate group of 4 participants. Each person receives individualized energy healing, clearing, and intuitive guidance and channeling as well as the profound support of the group field.

There is a uniquemagic that happens when four souls gather for healing. The people who come together are never random. They are drawn into the same container for a reason. In this space, we trust the field, the timing, and the sacred intelligence that orchestrates it all.

During the session, I work with your individual energy as well as the collective frequency of the group, allowing deep emotional, physical, and energetic blockages to surface and dissolve. What unfolds is deeply personal yet supported by the amplification of group healing.

Much like the one-on-one Sacred Alchemy Session, this journey blends energy work, channeling, sound activation, and somatic work to release what no longer serves, recalibrate your nervous system, and bring you back into harmony with your body, heart, and soul.

This work is not about fixing. It is about transmutation.
We bring what is unconscious into the light so it can return to love.
We remember who we truly are, not only individually, but together.

What to Expect:

Each Small Group Sacred Alchemy Session is held within a deeply intentional and sacred container of compassion, safety, and intuitive presence. We begin by opening ceremonial space together, calling in the directions and elements, your higher selves, your spirit guides, and the beings of light who support this work. The session is consecrated to the highest truth and resonance, in service to your soul’s highest good.

From there, the journey unfolds intuitively. I weave together different modalities depending on what the group field and each individual’s energy are asking for in the moment. There will be moments of individual healing, where I work directly with your energy, and moments of collective healing, where the entire group receives activation, clearing, and guidance.

The group field amplifies the work. What one person releases, softens, or awakens often ripples through the others.

You may notice sensations in your body such as warmth, tingling, emotional shifts, or energetic movement. You may receive insights, visions, clarity, or sudden realizations. Others may experience deep stillness and calm, a gentle softening of the nervous system, or subtle inner shifts that continue unfolding afterward.

Every session is different, uniquely guided by the collective energy and what your soul is ready to release or receive. You will be held, witnessed, and supported throughout the entire process.

I’m Nazira Sacasa

After more than a decade walking the path of divine feminine awakening, embodiment, shadow work, energy healing, and sacred initiation, I’ve learned that true liberation doesn’t come from doing more, controlling, or perfecting. It comes through remembering.

It was through my own descent and rebirth that I reclaimed my wild feminine essence. Now, with deep integrity, devotion, and lived experience, I guide women back to their truth, helping them remember their innate wisdom, awaken their healing gifts, and live in full energetic alignment.

In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, I experienced a traumatic event, and shortly after, for the first time, I faced chronic pain, panic attacks, anxiety, and insomnia. After months of medical tests with no answers, I came to realize that what was happening was psychosomatic — the body speaking what words could not.

One night, in complete surrender, I fell to my knees and prayed for a miracle. In that moment, something awakened. I entered a deep meditative state, and light language began to flow through me. My hands moved intuitively over my body, guided by a force beyond my understanding. Though I didn’t yet know what was happening, I trusted it completely. That night, my intuitive and healing gifts came online.

What began as a response to my own prayer for healing has become a sacred devotion. Since that awakening, I have continued to deepen these gifts through plant medicine journeys, sound healing, shamanic training, and initiations into the Rose Priestess Lineage. I bridge energy and soul medicine with practical somatic embodiment and coaching, weaving science and soul, body and the mystical, psychology and ancient feminine wisdom.

From this, the Sacred Alchemy 1:1 and Small Group Session was born. It is an offering of love and devotion to the truth that we are all our own healers. My role is simply to hold the mirror, to guide you home to that knowing, and to walk beside you as you remember your light.

  • Yes. Every person receives direct, individual healing, clearing, and guidance. I work with each person’s energy field while the group holds loving witness, which often deepens the healing and expands the shifts that unfold.

  • The heart of the work is the same. The difference is the presence of the collective field. Group sessions are often more amplified because you benefit from your own healing as well as the medicine, reflection, and resonance of the group. Many people experience breakthroughs that happen more quickly in group settings.

  • Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to speak, reflect, or simply receive in silence. You will never be asked to share anything that does not feel authentic or safe for you. The space is held with deep respect and confidentiality.

  • Energy healing works with the subtle energy field that surrounds and animates the body. It helps restore balance, vitality, and harmony to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your being. When energy becomes stagnant or blocked, often from stress, trauma, or emotional suppression, it can manifest as discomfort, disconnection, or imbalance.
    Energy healing supports your body’s natural ability to heal and return to equilibrium. It is one of the oldest healing modalities in the world, with roots in ancient cultures that understood the human being as an interconnected system of energy, spirit, and matter.

  • Yes, completely. It is very natural to feel some nerves or uncertainty before your first session, especially if this kind of work is new to you. You are entering sacred territory within yourself, and that can feel both exciting and vulnerable.

    You do not need to know what to expect or how to “do it right.” Your only job is to show up with openness and curiosity. I create a safe, compassionate space where you are fully held and supported throughout the entire experience. Every session unfolds gently, at the pace your body and soul are ready for. Most people quickly feel a sense of deep peace and trust as the energy begins to move.

  • We begin by opening sacred space and connecting to your higher self and guides. As energy starts to flow, you may feel warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, or gentle movement in your body. Some people experience visions, memories, or intuitive insights. Others feel a deep sense of stillness, peace, or release.
    Every session is different, but you will always be held in a safe, compassionate container.

  • Many people feel immediate shifts such as lightness in the body, emotional release, or a sense of peace and clarity. Integration continues over the following days as your energy rebalances. You may notice changes in your emotions, sleep, mood, or how you respond to situations.

  • No. Energy healing is a complementary modality that supports your overall well-being but is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are under the care of a physician or therapist, these sessions can work beautifully alongside your existing support.

  • Everyone experiences energy differently. Some people feel physical sensations, others feel emotions or see imagery, and some simply notice a sense of calm or lightness. Energy always moves where it is needed, even if you do not consciously perceive it.

  • Yes. Energy transcends time and space. I have facilitated many remote sessions, and clients consistently experience powerful results. As long as you are in a quiet, private space, the healing will unfold just as it would in person.

  • All bookings for Small Group Sacred Alchemy Sessions are final. Because these circles are limited to four participants and the energetic container is prepared in advance, refunds are not available once your spot is reserved.

    Rescheduling is not possible for group sessions. Your presence matters to the collective field, and each group is intentionally formed. When one person cancels, it impacts the entire container.

    If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend who would benefit from the session. Simply email me their name and email address.
